I’m Luke Whitington and I have joined the blogosphere…

My name is Luke Whitington. I’ve started this blog as part of my campaign for election to the NSW Labor Policy Forum. Hopefully I’ll have time to continue to use it after the election is over- perhaps as a way to receive feedback from ALP members keen to have a say on the Policy Forum’s deliberations.

Bar Steward, Redfern RSL Club, 1997-2001.

President, Sydney Uni Students Represenataive Council, 1998-1999.

ALP: Member, Macquarie Branch.

Campaign Director, Toongabbie Campaign 2011

Former Secretary, Wentworth FEC, Bondi Beach Branch.

Former member, Ku Ring Gai Branch.

Variously a member of the Education; Health; and Law and Justice Policy Committees

Personal: Lives with Victoria Brookman and baby Bobby in Meadowbank.
